We have been training with Max since the end of January this year and we could not be happier. Max is a great personal trainer who provides flexible sessions that still give the right amount of challenge. If we ever have training on the days when we're feeling flat, the encouragement from Max certainly helps to feels better. Could not recommend him more highly!

I had a great experience with both of my trainers Adrian and Tejal.Tejal has a very collaborative and dynamic approach to training me, always responding to feedback and adapting my program accordingly. She is a supportive and friendly presence that motivates you to perform your best but is also understanding of your individual limitations and/or injuries. I felt extremely looked after while having a mild back injury, she was very quick to adapt my exercises and coach me on how to avoid further aggravating my injury. I always look forward to my sessions with her and would highly recommend her to anyone training with Get Going!

I have been seeing Ryan Deans for three months, to help me feel more motivated about exercise, to help me lose weight and get fit. Ryan has been incredibly patient and understanding, and built a workout plan suited to my capabilities. He brings clean, modern and adjustable equipment with him and is very clear in his explanations of how to use the equipment correctly, and how to do particular exercises. He monitors my progress, keeps me on my toes and helps me stay motivated. Ryan has also been very professional regarding his advice about diet, sleep patterns and stress, and has offered good advice for how to manage these factors. Ryan is personable and kind, and I feel completely comfortable training with him. I’m feeling more motivated than ever before, I’m actually starting to enjoy exercise (miracle) and look forward to our sessions.I couldn’t recommend him high enough for his expertise, knowledge and support.

I came to Get Going because I struggled to both hold myself to a workout schedule and get myself a diet that worked for me.I was paired with Ryan and he has been just incredible to work with! PT with Cass is the best. Not only is it fun but I have seen amazing results. What we do is hard but it is amazingly rewarding. I joined not only to strengthen my back but also to keep fit and slim down and she has helped me with all aspects. Training is literally a highlight of my week. I enjoy the one on one aspect as Cass is so easy to get along with and is so lovely. I am also paired with someone else who I get along with so well. We train all together once a week. I will definitely keep going with Get Going. I highly recommend it to anyone who is on the wall. So easy to start and is amazing at pairing trainers. Everyone is so lovely.

I've been training with Tiffany for about 3 months and have loved every second of it. Having had some pre existing injuries, Tiffany took the time to understand them and tailors her workouts specific to your needs. It is not just a job for her, she genuinely cares. Get Going has provided me a great PT service. I Have been assigned with two great PTs Lizza and Lucas, both have been extremely professional and I have learnt so much from their approaches. They both have supported me, not only during the PT session, but checking my routine during the week (e.g. eating habits, sleeping routine, etc.)I would definitely recommend this service and specially Lucas and Lizza.

My personal trainer Mia not only knows how to train us well, but also gives us a huge courage. She understands my body goals, and that I have Cervical Spondylosis, so she avoids the exercises that’d get me injured.She always listens and do what’s the best for her clients. She’s highly professional, helpful and friendly. She can be tough on you during the training time. But at the end of the day, she’s only helping me get my target body.

I've really enjoyed getting trained by Ashley over the last few months - her workouts are great, and she always pushes me to do my best. She gives me workout plans to do on other days during the week as well, which is awesome to keep me on track, and always doing something different! Cannot recommend my trainer Jess Tonking enough! She is absolutely fantastic! Super lovely and easy to get along with, but also kicks our butts when needed to push through. My partner and I have been training with her for about a month noew, and she is constantly challenging and pushing us each session - changing up the exercises as we continue to improve. She has also gone above and beyond with supporting us with nutrition and healthy eating tips as well, encouraging us to eat well in addition to PT. After no exercise through COVID, she has really helped get us back on track :)

Lucas is fantastic. He's very knowledgeable and always takes into consideration my mental and physical health, especially since rupturing my achilles tendon.
