1. When you enquire with us, we match you up with an experienced couples personal trainer who we know will meet both yours and your partner’s needs. Your new personal trainer then comes to you for your free assessment, where they learn more about your individual fitness goals and lifestyles.

2. Following our initial assessment for you and your partner, we work with you to create a sustainable, ongoing workout and nutritional advice that’s specific to you, as well as finding a time that suits both of you to start working on your goals. If there’s something that’s not working for you or your partner, we change it! Your goals are our top priority.

3. Once we start working with you and your partner, we figure out the best way you can work together as a team – whether that’s timing your rest breaks together, educating you on what to look out for in each others’ form, or a bit of light competition!

4. Nutrition is also a cornerstone of fitness. You and your partner shouldn’t feel restricted by your meal options.
