Sorry to be blunt, although this is true to a certain extent – for most people this information can be detrimental to their long term change. For example, eating 3 snickers bars a day and a milkshake may fit into your daily calorie intake, but consuming them won’t help budge that body fat. Although, it may have the same caloric content of 4 healthy sustainable meals!
