I have been an aerial performer for 10+ years and I started coaching Fitness and Circus arts when I first moved to Australia, Sunshine Coast, in 2017. Since then, I worked with young athletes, children from the age of 6, and adults. The shared goal was to make fitness fun and functional to the activities we decide to engage in, to ultimately live the life we choose in the best possible way.
Circus and hanging upside down have always been my strongest passion. However, Since 2018 I have also developped an interest in functional strength, as I saw its incredible benefits in all areas of training. On the 25th of November 2021 I took part to my first half marathon (21kms) and I managed to win it too! So I now also enjoy training for that (hopefully next year it will be a full marathon) and am exploring different areas of endurance work and aerobic cardiovascular training.
