We want to know how many of you are in your group, where you’d like to meet your group personal trainer and a bit about what you’re looking for, so we can match you with a personal trainer we know you’ll all love.
2. We set up your free initial assessment. Whether you’re juggling work, kids or a busy social calendar, we put you first and ensure you’re all ready. Let us know where and when suits you and your new group workout team and we’ll be there, ready to go.
3. Your new group personal trainer will come out to meet you all. In our initial assessment, we want to learn about everyone in your crew. Tell us about your lifestyle, your habits and your goals and we’ll devise a strategy you love for each of you.
4. You start seeing the results you dreamed of! Working out with your group will keep motivation levels running high, and we know you’ll start smashing goals in no time.
