My serious commitment to fitness began with a challenge many can relate to: navigating an injury. After four years of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and earning my blue belt, a knee injury in 2023 shifted my focus toward a dedicated rehabilitation program. What started as a recovery process quickly turned into a passion for strength training and a deep understanding of how the right program can rebuild both your body and your confidence.

I believe that fitness is a personal journey, which is why I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. Whether you are recovering from an injury, building muscle, or simply improving your daily energy, I understand that every goal requires a unique approach. My background as a chef and warehouse worker gives me a real-world perspective on physical demands, allowing me to create practical plans that fit into your busy life.

My goal is to help you move safely and effectively, and to provide you with the technical support and guidance needed to hit your milestones. I look forward to working with you to build a sustainable routine that helps you feel your best every single day.
