I have had (and continue to have) a fantastic experience with Abbey from Get Going.I first started seeing Abbey in November with my partner with little interest in exercising. With Abbey’s help and... encouragement, for the first time in my life I am consistently working out and eating well and feel the benefits massively!Abbey has a lot of time for her clients. She spends what I would imagine is a LOT of time making programmes, helping with macros and will always reply to your messages quickly!Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks abbey!read more

I've had a terrific experience of get Going PT. Kat B has nothing short of changed my life. 46, infirm, Inflammatory Arthritis, I thought my gym days were numbered but realised very quickly that... this was the solution for me, as I was never motivated enough to go to the gym consistently. Now I can't wait to attend my PT sessions in the local park. Kat is an incredible trainer and apart from always being on time with a smile on her face, she varies the workouts extremely well. My life has improved in almost every aspect thanks to Kat and GetGoing. It isn't cheap but to add ten years to my life I will be eternally grateful for finding them.read more

To be honest since beginning with get going I have become the most confident person I have ever been. Everything has improved from body shape, to energy, to skin appearing clearer and to sleeping... better. Exercise improved more then I ever knew and on top of everything having Mia train me in one month I lost 4cm off my hips, 4cm off my thighs and so on. Its been a huge confidence booster for me and has motivated me to continue on. I have never been someone comfortable with going to the gym so this is something I feel has shaped me to become a stronger person. Mia has been not only a trainer but a counsellor and most of all a friend. She is not only flexible for the times I need but she has shown 100% support to me for all my insecurities. Had Jacob as my trainer - would definitely recommend for others to train with Get Going. Jacob is very supportive and understanding and the sessions are always fun and interesting.

I've been working with Alex Barto and have seen the results. He focused not only on improving my performance, but also my nutrition, sleep, and overall lifestyle. I have been training with Alex for about 8 weeks. Alex is a great trainer with a great personality. As, he is at my place at 5.30am 3 days a week, he is very energetic and enthusiastic. He... supports and motivates me at every session with exercise and diet. As I am in my late 40's, I thought I would not see results but he proved me wrong. We have been training with Max since the end of January this year and we could not be happier. Max is a great personal trainer who provides flexible sessions that still give the right amount of... challenge. I had a great experience with both of my trainers Adrian and Tejal.Tejal has a very collaborative and dynamic approach to training me, always responding to feedback and adapting my program... accordingly. She is a supportive and friendly presence that motivates you to perform your best but is also understanding of your individual limitations and/or injuries. I felt extremely looked after while having a mild back injury, she was very quick to adapt my exercises and coach me on how to avoid further aggravating my injury. I always look forward to my sessions with her and would highly recommend her to anyone training with Get Going!read more

Awesome trainers, great attention to detail and genuinely care for each and every client.
Nikki has been amazing.
She has really listened to what I want to achieve , short term ( which I reached 2 weeks early !)
and long term .
She has tailored my program to fit in with my... lifestyle .
Appropriate changes are made to my program whenever I feel I need a change or have an injury.
I look forward to my training every week

My husband and I have been doing PT with Denis over the past 4 months and Denis has exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend him and the GetGoing Team. We are achieving incredible results,... the training sessions are challenging, fun, never boring, exactly at the right Level for us.

I’ve been doing PT with Josh for these past four months and I honestly can't recommend him enough! He’s extremely professional, dedicated and most of all, passionate about what he does. It's truly... been so helpful having him there to guide and encourage me during this pandemic especially when it can be hard to find motivation. I've gotten so much out of our sessions, not just in terms of fitness but with lifestyle and healthy eating tips. As well as setting fitness goals and creating detailed workout programs, Josh has guided me through nutritional and lifestyle tips to cater to my daily life and routine. And the best part is, I can contact Josh anytime and he’s always there to give advice and support me. I highly recommend Josh and the crew at Get Going!read more

Linh has been training our son for almost 18 months now. Our son has ASD, so finds interactions difficult, but Linh had made the sessions both fun and challenging. Michelle is a great PT. Over the last few months she has helped me regain my focus and start training again. She has very well planned out sessions and is always encouraging and reminding me to work... on my mobility. Since she had been training me my hip and spinal mobility has increased as well as my strength and I am moving much better overall.read more

I can't speak highly enough of Michelle. She is the perfect trainer for those of us who are trying to get back into fitness after a long absence. She is focused and knowledgeable and what's more she... inspires - which is half the battle! I feel like I am loosening up and what's more I am jogging for the first time in my life - and loving it! I’ve been working with James since August and it’s honestly been a blast. From day 1 he’s listened to what I wanted out of my training experience and provided high quality weekly sessions for me. gyms just want money 🤑💸💵💴💶💰💳💰💲 from everyone. They are not really there to help us they are just there for money. Well I say we... are better off being on our own, keeping fit and achieving our whatever goals we have all on our own. In fact that's what I have done achieved all my goals on my own. When I was with a gym once all I ever did was paid money to them just to spend time. It really was a waste of time. Just because you are so called business who is there keep us fit and help us maintain our healthy lifestyle does not mean you had any right whatsoever to turn up at my house and demand I pay you so much money even though I am an NDIS registered client. Lucky I didn't loose my cool that day and smash your car up that day. So be glad I did not loose my mind. You had no right whatsoever to demand hundreds of dollars from me.read more

Jess really does put the personal in Personal Training. My husband and I have been training with Jess twice a week and it is a joy to see her at 5.45am Monday and Friday’s, I never thought I would... say that! I suffered a back injury which meant I could not take part in the same training as my husband for 8 weeks, instead Jess wrote me a new program weekly to keep me motivated all the while building strength in my core and back. Our training sessions are never dull and we are always encouraged to get the most out of them. Jess has a wealth of knowledge regarding exercise and better health choices...I have even given up drinking wine with her encouragement! Jess is amazing and I would highly recommend her!read more
