When you sign up for our Bootcamp classes, you get a free consultation with a registered dietitian, a meal plan, and access to online seminars to help you reach your goals. We've got you!

Our fun, energetic Bootcamp classes are taught by experienced personal trainers, not fitness instructors. Choose from Drive (strength), Elevate (cardio) and Empower (conditioning) in the mornings or evenings. Tell your mates to join us!

Registering is the hardest part; after that, you're accountable and committed. Go ahead and click the button below to register.

Then...simply pack your bag and show up! Bring a towel, water bottle, exercise mat and the will to try your best.

Not your average Bootcamp, Get Going courses are uniquely designed to keep you engaged and entertained while you get fit.

Drive Feel unstoppable after this full-body resistance workout. You’ll tighten and tone, build strength and energy, so you can live life with more drive. Wanting to build self-confidence? This is for you.

> Monday 6-6:45am & 6:30-7:15pm

Elevate There’s so much variety in this interval training class that it’s actually fun to push yourself to the edge. A variety of equipment, positions, and interval lengths promise to keep you challenged and engaged. This class is all about positivity, you'll finish with a smile on your face.

> Tuesday 6:30pm | Wednesday 6-6:45am

Empower A conditioning class for warrior hearts. Be a force as you work your way through a circuit with strength-building repetition and high-energy music.

> Thursday 6:30-7:15pm | Friday 6-6:45am | Saturday 8-8:45am
