As you progress in your career your work load increases. With the school holidays over, your children demand more of your attention and as much as you try to prioritise your health and fitness you can’t seem to find time to fit in a trip to the gym to do a 1-2 hour boot camp session.

Lose the excuse ‘I have no time’ with these home workouts tailoured for people with busy lives.

Tabata Terror:

Tabata: [ 20 seconds WORK / 10 seconds REST ] x 8 = 1 Round

Round 1: Alternating between exercises

  1. Chest To Floor Burpees
  2. Mountain Climbers

Rest: 1 minute

Round 2: Alternating between exercises

  1. V Sit Ups
  2. Push Ups

10 for 10: 10 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

10 reps of each exercise, one after the other, as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

  • Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Squats
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers (10 each leg)
  • Leg Raises
  • Star Jumps
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Dips (on chair)
  • Tuck Jumps

The Waterfall: 50-40-30-20-10

  • 50: Star Jumps
  • 40: Squats
  • 30: Push Ups
  • 20: Burpees
  • 10: Tuck Jumps

10 Minute Burpee EMOM

Every minute, on the minute: 10 burpees.

100 burpees in total.

Abs of Death:

10 exercises – 10-20 reps per exercise – No Rest

  1. Crunches
  2. Leg Raises
  3. Russian Twists with small weight
  4. Bicycle sit ups (each side)
  5. Normal Sit Ups
  6. Commandos
  7. Leg circles (when lying flat on back, half going one direction, other half going the other direction).
  8. V-ups
  9. Hollow Hold (30 seconds)
  10. Plank (30 seconds)
