- Push Ups
10 for 10: 10 minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
10 reps of each exercise, one after the other, as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes
- Push Ups
- Sit Ups
- Squats
- Burpees
- Mountain Climbers (10 each leg)
- Leg Raises
- Star Jumps
- Jumping Lunges
- Dips (on chair)
- Tuck Jumps
The Waterfall: 50-40-30-20-10
- 50: Star Jumps
- 40: Squats
- 30: Push Ups
- 20: Burpees
- 10: Tuck Jumps
10 Minute Burpee EMOM
Every minute, on the minute: 10 burpees.
100 burpees in total.
Abs of Death:
10 exercises – 10-20 reps per exercise – No Rest
- Crunches
- Leg Raises
- Russian Twists with small weight
- Bicycle sit ups (each side)
- Normal Sit Ups
- Commandos
- Leg circles (when lying flat on back, half going one direction, other half going the other direction).
- V-ups
- Hollow Hold (30 seconds)
- Plank (30 seconds)
