Growing up, I have always loved staying active through almost any hobby I could find. This includes gymnastics, fencing, bouldering, soccer and much more. In no time, I found a passion for encouraging others to do the same by integrating their own type of movement that they enjoy into their everyday life.
These days, my own exercise consists of strength and conditioning, as well as hypertrophy training in the gym, which I really enjoy teaching to my clients. I love being able to help those with specific fitness or strength goals, or those who just want to move their body and try something new.
Having worked with NDIS participants for a few years, I welcome individuals of all ages and abilities, and am excited to meet more people who are ready to learn and build confidence in what their bodies can do.
