I've always been a sports lover, and am still to this day (Carn Carlton). Playing a mix of footy, cricket, basketball, netball, and table tennis growing up. I've now shifted my training focus to building strength & improving my conditioning, with a long-term goal of running a full marathon.
Second to playing & training, learning about how to exercise is just as fulfilling (almost). I started with a Bachelor's in Exercise & Sports Science and recently enrolled in a Graduate Certificate in Strength & Conditioning. I want to know as much as possible as there is about how to lift, safety & effectively for a variety of goals.
I've spent the last 4 years working as a Game Development Officer at AFL Vic, learning about what makes people want to exercise. Alongside that, I've had paid & volunteer roles at Kieser Training, METS Performance, VollyCoach, Kelly Sports, and Proactivity. The combination of these positions has allowed me to work alongside a range of people, from kids to older adults, in their fitness journeys.
Ultimately, I'm here to help you find what you truly need in a health & fitness coach. Be that encouragement, knowledge, motivation, or just someone to bounce ideas off. I'll be in your corner, cheering you on.
