My fitness journey began in 2017 when I was playing netball and training in taekwondo, but looking for something more to further improve my physical health. Having struggled with chronic fatigue and eczema, I soon found going to the gym to be my primary coping mechanism, but also the new passion and hobby I had been searching for.
A few years later, I enrolled in the National Women's Fitness Academy, where I learned about the unique aspects of women's health, exercise, and nutrition. This sparked a deep passion for helping other women better understand their bodies and how they, too, can use fitness to enhance their lives.
Later down the track, I began playing football, further expanding my passion for movement and team sports, as I continued to incorporate gym workouts into my weekly routine, where I have been able to challenge myself, build confidence, and develop a deeper appreciation for my body and what it's capable of.
I now aim to work one one-on-one with women to support them in their fitness and wellness journeys by helping them create sustainable lifestyle habits through exercise and nutrition.
