While spending the last 15 years working in property management and climbing the corporate ladder, fitness has always been my shining light. Heavy strength training, grueling cardio sessions, intense boxing classes, or sweaty HIIT workouts, I've done it all, and loved every second of it.
Leaving a steady corporate role was a tough choice, but my passion for health & fitness overshadowed the safe 9-5 lifestyle. The idea of helping others achieve and enjoy training the same way that I have was too strong, so I had to roll the dice.
I'm here to help you find what style of training you love, as I did. I truly believe that training is for everyone; you just need to find out what works for you.
I am extremely passionate about animal rights and veganism (without shoving it in your face), and regularly volunteer at animal sanctuaries. My spare time is spent just like everyone else's. I love music, travelling, eating out, long weekends away, or binge-watching a good TV show.
I've been there, I know it, I get it. No matter where you're starting from, whatever your work schedule, I'll meet you there.
