I’ve always had a passion for fitness, and my journey began at a young age with sports like netball and running 5km every Sunday at Parkrun. Over time, my love for training only grew, and at 22, I decided to take it a step further by competing in my first bikini competition. This experience was a turning point that solidified my dedication to living a healthy, active lifestyle.
With 8 years of weight training under my belt, I’m constantly evolving my approach to fitness and wellness. I also enjoy attending Pilates classes in my free time to complement my strength training and improve my balance and flexibility. I believe in creating individualized programs that cater to each person’s unique goals, whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, or just creating a sustainable fitness routine. I especially love training women and empowering them to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
Outside of training, I’m passionate about traveling and exploring new places. Whether it’s discovering new workout trends abroad or finding new ways to stay active on my travels, I love incorporating my adventures into my fitness journey.
