My journey into fitness started simply with a passion for bouldering and a single pull-up bar at home. I spent two years mastering bodyweight movements, eventually reaching the point where I could perform multiple pull-ups and build strength using minimal equipment.
A pivotal moment for me was spending a full month solo-cycling across South Korea in 2025, where I programmed my own training and learned exactly what the human body is capable of with the right preparation and persistence.
I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others, whether as a swim teacher or an English teacher abroad, and while I valued the connection of teaching, I realised my true calling was helping people move better and build strength.
I am particularly passionate about working with middle-aged women and seniors, groups that often feel overlooked by the fitness industry. By focusing on biomechanics and performance nutrition, I aim to help others rebuild strength and maintain independence by providing a supportive space where you feel recognised and empowered to reach your goals.
