Exercise and sport have always played a big role in my life, and I really love finding different ways to move, whether it's going to the gym, playing footy, bouldering, or simply going for a walk. I believe exercise is unique to everyone, and I'm passionate about creating a safe space for people to explore movement in a way they enjoy and feel confident doing. I take a holistic approach that focuses on both the mind and body through functional movement, mobility, and creating positive lifestyle changes. I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, especially within the NDIS community. I'm also interested in supporting everyday people with their general fitness, as well as those looking to improve their performance in a specific sport. I have an interest in strength training, nutrition, women's health, and mental health, and I'm keen to continue growing my knowledge in all of these areas.
