Sport and movement have been the foundation of my life since I was ten years old. Growing up playing representative basketball, AFL, and tennis, I developed an early fascination with how the body performs under pressure. This passion led me to jumpstart my career while still in high school, completing my initial certifications in Sport and Recreation because I was eager to understand the mechanics of training and performance. Today, I balance my own gym goals with a love for golf and basketball, always looking for ways to move better and train smarter.
My journey has taught me that progress isn't always a straight line; it’s built through effort, trial, and even those moments of failure where the biggest growth happens. Having navigated my own weightlifting goals alongside competitive sports, I understand the importance of a balanced approach to athletic development. I focus on creating a supportive environment where you feel comfortable pushing your limits while learning the "why" behind every movement.
I find it incredibly rewarding to work with beginners who are stepping into their fitness journey for the first time, helping them build the confidence they need to succeed. I also enjoy partnering with experienced individuals who are looking to refine their technique and reach specific strength goals. By combining the science of exercise with a personalised plan, my mission is to support you every step of the way as you discover what your body is truly capable of achieving.
