My serious commitment to fitness began with a challenge many can relate to: navigating an injury. After four years of training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and earning my blue belt, a knee injury in 2023 shifted my focus toward a dedicated rehabilitation program. What started as a recovery process quickly turned into a passion for strength training and a deep understanding of how the right program can rebuild both your body and your confidence.
I believe that fitness is a personal journey, which is why I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. Whether you are recovering from an injury, building muscle, or simply improving your daily energy, I understand that every goal requires a unique approach. My background as a chef and warehouse worker gives me a real-world perspective on physical demands, allowing me to create practical plans that fit into your busy life.
