I have had a passion for sports and fitness since I was young stemming from my involvement in football, basketball, tennis, and athletics. Through my own experiences particularly in AFL football, I developed an appreciation for resistance training and maintaining a commitment to healthy living.
I began playing football from age 7 which led me to programs such as the Eastern Ranges, Vic Metro, and Coburg Football Club in the VFL. In 2024 I completed the 75 Hard Challenge as well as my first half marathon and now I train in the gym 4-5 days a week and attend a run club twice a week.
It is with these experiences of my own that I am most passionate about training young people to be the best version of themselves in their chosen sport so that they can perform, while also understanding the physical, mental, and social benefits that physical activity can bring during all stages of life.
I am also a huge NFL, NBA, and English Premier League fan, tuning into as many games as I can regardless of the hour.
