Health, Fitness & Sports is a passion for me and has been since I was old enough to put on my first pair of footy boots and get out onto the field! Love taking a life integrated approach to health & fitness and using my degree and experience to build tailored personalised exercise programming for each individual while also using martial arts to build confidence, discipline, work ethic and facilitate health and fitness related goals!
Love all sports especially Martial Arts & Combat Sports Love spreading and surrounding myself with positivity & ambition! Working towards my Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning & always looking to develop my knowledge base and grow everyday within my industry & field of study!
