My goal in PT is to help others start or make changes to their current lifestyles be it a newcomer or someone with differing levels of fitness under their belt.
Advice given will be evidence based coming from a sports and exercise science degree. I come from a highly active sporting background and have fallen in love with strength and conditioning in and out of a gym environment.
My goal is to help others achieve their own sporting and strength/conditioning goals while maintaining a healthy lifestyle minimising injury risk. I will offer fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and rehabilitation related advice.
