From the age of 3 I’ve been immersed into the world of dance which grew my love for fitness and drew me down the path of rehabilitation, as I’ve always wanted a job where I’d be able to help people, especially those with chronic health conditions where everyday tasks us able-bodied people take so for granted aren’t as simple for them.
This led me to competing my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science and completing a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant (Physiotherapy), where I developed skills, passion, and experience working with athletes as well as those with chronic health conditions. Personal training is a career where I can I use this knowledge and experience with everyday clients allowing them to reach their goals, while allowing them to become the best version of themselves mentally and physically.
I have now started my Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology, where I am learning more about an array of clinical conditions and how exercise can be beneficial as treatment.
