Since becoming a personal trainer, I’ve been working with a variety of clients between ages 14 to 70 with varying abilities, fitness levels, injuries and/or disabled needs.
I graduated university in 2021 and hope to pursue a career working with professional athletes and aiding them in their rehabilitation and recovery journeys.
As a personal mission, I strive to improve other's health, wellbeing, and fitness through educating and empowering them. I believe being genuine and nurturing, professional and driven, are essential to thrive in this industry.
