I'm currently in my last year of a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science. I've been doing sports specific training since 2010, I've coached a local under 16s basketball team and competed in basketball competitions.

During my bachelor's I got my Cert III and IV in Fitness and decided to impart the knowledge I learnt into practice. I've really enjoyed my journey as a Personal Trainer helping a variety of people. I enjoy learning from my clients and teaching them too, as I'm still growing as a trainer and person. My current training is a combination of powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and bodybuilding.
