I am very passionate about my health and fitness and also love helping others, that’s why I’ve entered the personal training sector so be able to combine both of those things together. I am very into my sports I love footy and basketball, that’s the main reason I started getting into the gym to get stronger for those sports and ever since then I’ve loved it. Being able to help people achieve there fitness goals means a lot to me and I take a lot of pride in doing that. My philosophy as a trainer is to take a genuine interest into the client’s life and why they want to train, keep it as fun as possible for the client and myself so they can look forward to each session instead of feeling like it’s a chore.
