I have been a personal trainer for just over 1 year. I chose to be a personal trainer to accelerate my learning across all things health and fitness, and support my career goal of becoming an Exercise Physiologist.
I have a particular interest in strength training for muscle growth, as I believe this has many benefits beyond just being stronger – mental resilience, metabolic changes, and pure enjoyment, just to name a few. I have experience in athletic development, involving sprint mechanics, change of direction, and plyometrics.
I love seeing progress, in whatever shape or form it may come, and always strive to support and push my clients just that little bit more – this is where the good stuff happens!
