Since becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, I've been working with a variety of different clients with vastly different goals. I’ve played sports all my life and have been weight training for the last 4 years, and have loved every bit of it. Since joining the industry I have done short courses in nutrition and strength training and I continue to learn every day. I love helping people on their fitness journey and making fitness more accessible and fun.
